Description du poste
Pour le compte d'un grand groupe leader du secteur des services à l'environnement, nous recherchons un consultant senior pour piloter l'étude de cadrage et la stratégie de transformation de son ERP métier.
Missions :
Définition du périmètre cible : affiner l'analyse des besoins sur l'ensemble du cycle (avant-vente, vente, programmation, réalisation, facturation) et leurs interactions (CRM, extranet, outils financiers).
Cartographie : analyser les données, flux et interfaces entre l'ERP et les systèmes tiers.
Étude comparative (3 scénarios) :
Mise en œuvre d'une nouvelle solution du marché (RFP, chiffrage éditeur).
Refonte de la solution existante.
Refonte appuyée sur des technologies d'intelligence artificielle.
Aide à la décision : évaluer pour chaque scénario le TCO, les coûts, les risques, les délais et les impacts organisationnels pour la Direction SI.
Livrables attendus : Note de cadrage, cartographie applicative, analyse des flux, dossier comparatif des scénarios, estimation budgétaire détaillée, matrice d'aide à la décision.
