Senior Consultant BlueHR Wave 2

Mission Overview

The consultant will act in the BlueHR wave 2 project to align HR processes between Air France and KLM and implement them in ServiceNow HRSD. The consultant will be particularly in charge of helping process alignment from a high level design to a detailed one (clear workflow, roles, data, ...), taking into account the as-is situation in both companies and delivering detailed process design in accordance with ServiceNow HRSD possibilities. The consultant will support the delivery team in the implementation.

Duration: 6 months, can be renewed if needed
Start Date: As soon as possible (March 2026)
Product Line: Group HR, GTO
Work Locations: CDG & AMS
On-site Presence: Combination of 2 days on-site & rest remote

Travel: Regular travel between Amsterdam & Paris

Time Zone Constraints: No
