Senior Full Stack Developer

Your Mission

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer who can build high-quality products while providing technical direction to the Tech/Ops team. You will lead projects end-to-end, making thoughtful technical decisions, mentoring team members, and taking ownership from development through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the technical management, architecture, and evolution of the entire Beloy insurance platform, leading delivery from business requirements and solution design through deployment and production.

• Develop frontend and backend solutions using technologies such as Angular, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Amazon S3.

• Guide and mentor team members, lead code reviews, and establish consistent engineering and security standards.

• Design and integrate APIs while ensuring application performance, data integrity, reliability, and cross-platform usability.

• Improve testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment practices across AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.

• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to manage technical priorities, risks, and successful delivery./ Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to turn requirements into practical technical solutions.
