Senior Functional Analyst – Data & BI - ONLY DUTCH SPEAKER - Freelance

Are you passionate about turning business needs into impactful data solutions? This is a key role where you’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data teams, shaping scalable and future-proof data models.

👉 We’re looking for someone who can challenge and coach the business in defining clear, high-quality requirements, while also translating them into technical specifications and driving delivery with Data Engineers and BI developers.

🔎 Your key responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into features, user stories, and data models

• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models (Kimball, etc.)

• Manage and prioritize the data backlog in an Agile environment

• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation

• Support self-service BI usage across the organization

• Work closely with Data Engineers & BI developers (Tableau is a plus)

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in functional/data analysis (5+ years)

• Solid knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and DWH concepts

• Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in Agile environments and backlog management
