A global leader in materials technology focusing on clean mobility, sustainable materials, battery technologies, and high-performance recycling. The organization operates multiple production sites worldwide, including key locations throughout Belgium and Poland.

The People & Organization (P&O) team at the Nysa site supports the full HR lifecycle within a rapidly growing industrial production environment.

Project Description

Seeking a Site P&O Lead (HR Business Partner) to strengthen P&O operations at the Nysa location. This role combines strategic HR Business Partnering with hands-on operational work, collaborating closely with site leadership, HR coaches, and global P&O teams.

Key domains for 2026 include:

  • Implementing Career Development frameworks
  • Integrating IATF/automotive quality requirements into HR processes
  • Improving labor relations and managing union interactions
  • Rolling out Absenteeism & Return to Work programs
  • Executing Stay Interviews & People Survey action plans
  • Ensuring policy review, compliance, and harmonization

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute HR projects relating to career frameworks, competence models, and quality integration
  • Prepare and execute training, communication, and rollout of key P&O initiatives
  • Strengthen labor relations and ensure compliance with Polish labor law
  • Support and challenge management on workforce, talent, and organizational topics
  • Facilitate survey sessions, team dialogues, and engagement workshops
  • Audit, update, and standardize HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Provide operational coaching to HR team members where needed
  • Serve as the local point of contact for global HR implementations
  • Ensure documentation and reporting accuracy to meet audit and IATF standards

Technical Profile Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years HR Business Partner experience in industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and experience working with trade unions
  • Experience implementing HR frameworks (career paths, competency models)
  • Understanding of IATF or other automotive quality standards
  • Experience with HR compliance, audits, and procedural governance
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus

Language Proficiencies

  • Native Polish
  • Fluent English

Location

  • Main location: Nysa site
  • Minimum 3 days per week onsite
  • Increased onsite presence during onboarding period

Contract

  • Start date: ASAP
  • First contract of 6 months, extension possible
