Context

We are currently supporting an international company working on the evolution of a strategic internal platform used to manage complex workflows and operational dashboards.

As part of the product’s evolution, the team is looking for a Senior Product Designer able to work on complex, data-heavy environments, with upcoming features integrating Agentic AI capabilities.

The product is used internally by expert operational teams and requires strong UX structuring skills, combined with a high level of UI craft and clarity.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders on the following areas:

UX (60%)

• Understand and structure complex operational workflows

• Design efficient internal tools for expert users

• Translate business needs into clear and scalable user experiences

• Design navigation structures, dashboards, and data interactions

• Contribute to the integration of Agentic AI features (automation, task orchestration, smart suggestions)

• Produce user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

UI (40%)

• Design clear and robust interfaces

• Improve the readability of dashboards and data visualizations

• Ensure consistency with the existing design system

• Deliver high-quality UI craft and polish

• Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
