Senior Product Manager - Freelance

Context

This is a contract mission designed to provide senior product leadership, ensure operational continuity, and stabilize the team during a transitional phase while we recruit a permanent people manager.

Vitamin Play is a multi-platform Design System, used across 200+ digital products to help teams build consistent, accessible, and scalable experiences across Web, iOS, and Android.

Vitamin Play is evolving beyond a component library into a shared product platform focused on:

• Standardization at scale

• Readiness for AI-augmented tools

• Accessibility and quality automation

• Cross-domain UI patterns

• Contribution and adoption across the organization

More than a design system, the scope is about helping teams build better products together through shared foundations, scalable practices, and strong collaboration between Product, Design, and Engineering.

Missions

• Steer the product strategy: drive and evolve the short-to-medium-term roadmap, embedding critical compliance standards such as accessibility, privacy, and cybersecurity into sustainable product development practices.

• Drive adoption and value: overcome adoption challenges across product teams, act as an evangelist for Vitamin Play, and utilize clear metrics to demonstrate the platform's organizational impact.

• Integrate augmented workflows: champion the seamless integration of design system standards into augmented tools and AI-assisted workflows.

• Team guidance and stability: act as the strategic anchor for a talented team through recent organizational shifts, ensuring product operational excellence and a smooth handoff once the permanent manager is hired.
