Senior Project Manager - European Institutions Job Description Your role CGI Luxembourg is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director to support the successful delivery of a major multi-year contract with a European Institution. Working closely with the existing Project Director, you will take an active role in the overall governance of the engagement, combining delivery oversight, client management, contractual follow-up and financial responsibility. Your future duties and responsibilities Your responsibilities • Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with scope, timelines, quality standards and contractual commitments. • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and proactively manage expectations, priorities and escalations. • Manage contractual and commercial topics, including change requests, Statements of Work and related documentation. • Monitor project financials, including budget, forecasting, revenue, costs, margins and invoicing. • Coordinate delivery partners, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams. • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, defining appropriate mitigation actions. • Prepare executive-level reporting, steering committee materials and project presentations. • Maintain effective governance, reporting routines and decision-making processes. • Work closely with the existing Project Director, sharing responsibilities and ensuring continuity of project leadership. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Your profile • Significant [RP1.1]experience managing complex, large-scale IT projects, programmes or contracts. • Previous experience in a Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, Delivery Manager or Project Director role. • Strong understanding of commercial and contractual management, including pricing, SOWs and change management. • Proven experience with budget ownership and project financial management. • Excellent client-facing skills and confidence interacting with senior and executive stakeholders. • Experience managing partners, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams. • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Pragmatic, collaborative and solution-oriented leadership style. • Fluent English required; French is considered an asset.[RP2.1] • Previous experience with European Institutions, public sector or complex international environments is a strong advantage. #LI-JH12 Ensemble, en tant que propriétaires, mettons notre savoir-faire à l’œuvre.
