Your Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Testing. The ideal candidate should have strong client-facing experience, expertise across Functional, Automation, Performance, AI-led, and end-to-end testing, and a proven track record of managing large testing portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive testing strategies across multiple programs and portfolios.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder expectations, and executive communications.
• Drive quality engineering transformation through automation, AI, and innovative testing solutions.
• Support business growth through solutioning, consulting, and identifying new opportunities.
• Influence stakeholders and teams without direct authority to achieve business outcomes.
• Navigate ambiguity and complex challenges to deliver effective and innovative solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing testing teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Functional, Automation, Performance and AI-driven Testing.
• Proven experience in portfolio management and large-scale delivery leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong executive presence and consulting mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Experience managing global teams and client-facing engagements.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills:
Experience in Agile, DevOps, Quality Engineering Transformation, and GenAI-based testing solutions.
