Project Summary

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support an AI transformation program. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum practices within a development team and ensuring effective Agile delivery. The Scrum Master will work closely with the Product Owner and a squad of six team members, supporting the team in maintaining a high-performance Agile operating model.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Support the Scrum team and Product Owner by removing impediments and ensuring effective collaboration within the team.

• Promote Agile practices and support the team in maintaining an efficient Agile workflow.

• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.

• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders.

• Support backlog management, user story refinement, and sprint planning activities.

• Identify risks or bottlenecks in the Agile process and support mitigation actions.

• Contribute to improving Agile maturity and adoption within the team.

• Work within a technical environment including collaboration with development workflows using GitHub.

Experience Required

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

• Proven experience facilitating Scrum processes and Agile delivery.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience working within software development environments.

• Technical context or background enabling interaction with development environments using GitHub.
