Senior Scrum Master - Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Tribe Scrum Master to orchestrate the delivery of highly customer-facing digital products, including web and mobile applications, within a major financial services environment.

Location: Brussels
Work mode: Full-time — Hybrid (50% on-site / 50% remote)
Contract: Permanent or Freelance
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Languages: Fluent English + active French or Dutch, with passive knowledge of the other
Certification: Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent)

Mission

You will act as the central facilitator between Business and IT, ensuring smooth coordination across squads, stakeholders and external partners while promoting Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration across the tribe

• Support squads and stakeholders in achieving their delivery goals

• Reinforce Scrum and Agile practices

• Help teams self-organize and continuously improve

• Coordinate with Tribe Leads, Product Owners and Delivery Managers

• Support the end-to-end delivery process, from ideation to deployment

• Identify and resolve inter-tribe dependencies and conflicts

• Monitor delivery progress using Jira, Confluence and Agile reporting tools

• Promote Agile practices across the organization and contribute to the Scrum Master community
