Project Summary

Senior Security Consultant role within a strategic security program focused on the definition and update of Minimum Technical Security Baselines (MTSB).

The mission centers on defining corporate-level security hardening guidelines, aligning security controls with product teams, managing exceptions, and supporting governance and steering committees.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

• Define and update technical security baselines.

• Define corporate security hardening guidelines (not hands-on hardening execution).

• Select and fine-tune security controls aligned with risk context.

• Organize and lead workshops with product SMEs.

• Validate controls within governance bodies.

• Manage and measure security exceptions.

• Provide reporting and follow-up inputs for steering committees.

• Support product teams in the implementation and remediation of security controls.

 

Experience Required

• Senior profile with 8+ years in IT operations and cybersecurity.

• Experience defining enterprise security hardening guidelines.

• Experience managing vulnerability frameworks and security control environments.

• Experience managing and tracking security exceptions.

• Experience presenting in governance committees and leading workshops.

• Qualys expertise required
