Senior UX / Product designer - Luxembourg - Freelance

A banking institution in Luxembourg is looking for a Senior UX / Product Designer to work hands-on across its digital products.

The context

Agile environment, working directly with POs, business teams and developers. Web and application products delivered across multiple channels, with an existing design system you'll help maintain and grow.

Responsibilities

• Design end to end: framing, user flows, wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, interaction and visual design

• Run user research, qualitative and quantitative, plus usability testing — and turn the findings into design decisions

• Contribute to the design system: create and adapt components, keep them consistent across channels, work closely with the developers implementing them

• Work inside the squad with POs and business teams: translate their needs into concrete solutions and follow implementation through to production

• Take part in workshops and present your work clearly to stakeholders
