We are looking for a ServiceNow Configuration Engineer specializing in CMDB to ensure the reliability and completeness of our configuration database. You will be responsible for maintenance, audits, data reconciliation, and Service Mapping configuration. You will collaborate closely with IT teams and application owners, create dashboards and monitoring reports, and support users to maximize CMDB adoption.
