ServiceNow Integration Architect / Senior Developer (Full Remote) - Freelance

For a short-term integration project at an international enterprise client, we are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Integration Architect / Senior Developer to implement an end-to-end integration between ServiceNow and Grafana, including go-live.

The goal is to implement automated alert-to-incident integration, data visualization, and bi-directional incident synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end integration architecture ServiceNow ↔ Grafana

• Technical design of REST / Scripted REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON payloads

• Development and customization in ServiceNow (Script Includes, Business Rules, Workflows, ITSM/ITOM)

• Implementation of alert-to-incident integration (Grafana → ServiceNow)

• Build ServiceNow data visualization within Grafana dashboards

• Implement bi-directional incident synchronization

• Integration testing (unit, system, interface) and defect resolution

• Prepare and execute go-live including transport management

• Create technical documentation

Must-Have Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD/CDA)

• Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer / Integration Engineer

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM

• Proven experience with:

  • REST / Scripted REST APIs

  • Webhooks & OAuth / API security

  • Business Rules & Script Includes

  • Enterprise integrations / interfaces

• Experience with Grafana and monitoring integrations

• Experience with go-live and enterprise deployment processes

Nice-to-Have

• ServiceNow ITOM / Event Management

• Experience in pharma or regulated environments

• Experience with Grafana ServiceNow plugin
