Strategy & Finance Consultant

Position Overview

Based in Malmö, this role involves integration into a global project team of approximately ten consultants, including a PMO based at the Group's headquarters in Europe. As an embedded consultant supporting the 3-Year VCP process, you will provide strategic and financial support to market and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support market and regional teams in developing their 3-Year strategic and financial plans

• Support the quantification of value creation initiatives (topline, margin, cash)

• conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and business planning

• Provide rigorous analytical support (market/P&L modelling, scenario analysis, opportunity sizing, cost and value levers)

• Ensure consistency of methodologies, templates, and output quality across markets

• Aggregate market outputs into clear regional and group-level insights

• Facilitate working sessions and workshops with regional and local leadership teams

• Translate complex analysis into clear, decision-ready materials for senior stakeholders

• Act as a thought partner to Group and Regional leadership, constructively challenging assumptions where needed

• frequent travel throughout Europe
