Responsibilities As a Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate supply planning activities and monitor material availability
• Anticipate shortages, supply risks, and critical dependencies
• Support production ramp-up and customer delivery readiness
• Coordinate order fulfilment processes across Production, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Finance
• Participate in the setup and optimization of warehouse management processes
• Ensure accurate ERP data and contribute to supply chain process development
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement practical improvements
• Establish reliable planning routines and reporting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic industrial environment
• Contribute to building scalable supply chain operations for future growth

Necessary skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or similar
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Fulfilment, Operations, or Procurement
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven mindset
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Good understanding of interactions between planning, procurement, production, and delivery
• Hands-on attitude combined with strong organizational skills
• Fluent German and English
• Eligibility for German security clearance requirements (EU Citizenship required)
• Ambition to grow within a rapidly expanding industrial organization

Salary €65,000 - €80,000 depending on experience and potential
