RED Global recherche actuellement un(e) Freelance Tech Lead ServiceNow pour intervenir chez un client final dans le cadre d’un projet stratégique de transformation et d’évolution de la plateforme ServiceNow.
💻 Responsabilités principales : ServiceNow Tech Lead
✅ Définir et garantir la cohérence de l’architecture ServiceNow sur l’ensemble de la plateforme
✅ Prendre le lead technique des équipes ServiceNow en France et à l’international et accompagner les développeurs dans leurs choix techniques
✅ Intervenir sur les modules ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HR et ITAM déjà en place
✅ Définir les standards de développement, bonnes pratiques et principes d’architecture à appliquer sur la plateforme
✅ Participer et animer les workshops techniques et fonctionnels avec les équipes métier, IT et les différents stakeholders
✅ Superviser les développements, intégrations et évolutions de la plateforme et assurer la qualité des solutions livrées..
