• Lead end-to-end testing activities

• Managed SQL Database & API Testing

• Managed Contact Center Cloud Testing & Telephony & WebRTC Testing

Essential Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

• Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Event-driven systems
