Test Reporting Engineer - Factoring - Brussels - Permanent

We are seeking a highly analytical and self-driven Test Reporting Engineer to join our COO Office team. The primary mission of this role is to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of complex internal & financial reports generated within our proprietary Factoring IT ecosystem. The successful candidate will act as a critical bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, performing rigorous validation of reporting outputs to guarantee seamless deployment. This is a specialized role requiring a unique blend of deep factoring domain expertise and IT testing proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Design: Independently design, develop, and execute comprehensive test scenarios tailored to factoring reporting requirements.

• End-to-End Validation: Perform functional and data-driven testing to ensure that reports accurately reflect underlying factoring transactions, client data, and regulatory requirements.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous documentation of all testing activities (clear, structured test plans, execution steps, pass/fail results) to provide formal validation for report implementation.

• Defect Identification: Proactively identify discrepancies between expected and actual report outputs and provide clear feedback to the IT and development teams.

• Continuous Learning: Rapidly assimilate complex business logic and evolving IT system architectures to ensure testing coverage remains robust.
