By joining the International Trade Finance IT team, the mission involves redesigning the exchange layer for the "Digital Wings" operating system, with the main objective of migrating away from obsolete technologies.

Main responsibilities:

Project scoping and planning: defining the scope and action plan for the overhaul.

Direction of the IT architecture validation committee to ensure technical alignment.

-> Execution and delivery: Management of implementation and deployment phases, including governance, budget monitoring and risk management.
