• Conduct in-depth customer consultations to understand business objectives, current ServiceNow maturity, pain points, and strategic priorities, producing clear assessment outputs that inform advisory recommendations and platform roadmaps.
• Develop and present tailored platform strategies and value roadmaps that guide customers from their current state to a clearly defined future state, aligned to their business goals and ServiceNow best practice.
• Design and govern customised ServiceNow solutions and operating models - including platform governance frameworks, CSDM alignment, service design principles, and upgrade and lifecycle planning.
• Provide authoritative advice on industry best practices across all ServiceNow products, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and AI-enabled service delivery, including ITIL, NIST, and case management frameworks. Positioning Fujitsu as a credible, long-term platform partner.
• Identify and articulate continuous improvement opportunities within customer environments - proactively surfacing expansion use cases, underutilised platform capabilities, and Now Assist / AI features that drive additional business value.
• Act as the senior technical liaison between customer leadership and delivery teams - translating strategic intent into solution requirements, ensuring alignment throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Support presales engagements on strategic and complex pursuits where advisory credibility and platform depth are a key differentiator, contributing to proposals, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders including CIOs, IT Directors, and Enterprise Architects, with a focus on account growth, retention, and CSAT improvement.
• Contribute to the European Presales' knowledge base, developing reusable assessment frameworks, roadmap templates, governance models, and best practice collateral for use across the practice.
• Stay current on ServiceNow's product roadmap, AI innovations, and competitive landscape, sharing relevant intelligence with the broader European presales and advisory team.
