The assignment
As part of a temporary replacement, our client is looking for an Interim Global Payroll & People Operations Manager to secure the continuity of payroll operations across a multi-country scope. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will quickly take ownership of existing processes, identify weak points and drive concrete improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

International payroll

• Oversee payroll delivery across multiple countries, run by external payroll providers

• Load and control payroll inputs, and review social contributions and all payroll components

• Identify and resolve discrepancies and anomalies

• Monitor providers closely and challenge them on quality and SLA compliance

• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, collective agreements and regulations

• Secure payroll deadlines for around 500 employees

People Operations

• Manage personnel administration and the follow-up of employment contracts

• Support the payroll officer in producing HR documents

• Update and secure HR templates and documents in line with local regulations

• Provide support on operational HR topics that require strong payroll knowledge
