Senior workforce planning program manager - Freelance

Taux journalier (TJM): TJM HT max 636 € (hors éventuels frais de mission, à discuter avec le client)

Location : Brussels – 3 days/week on-site

Contract : until end 2026, extension possible into 2027
Rate : All-inclusive day rate required
We are looking for a Senior Workforce Planning Program Manager / Anaplan Product Owner with strong experience in :

• Anaplan & Workforce Planning – 5+ years

• Employee Central (EC) Reporting & Position Management – 5+ years

• Workforce planning, position management and organisational structures

• Workforce data analysis, reporting and dashboards

• Process improvement and cross-functional stakeholder management

• Advanced Excel

Languages : Fluent English mandatory.
