ENTER THE GAME 🎮 Betclic places technological performance at the core of its business. Our applications are fully developed in-house to ensure maximum control and adaptability. Our interfaces are designed to deliver an immersive and seamless experience to millions of players — secure, scalable, and capable of handling high traffic volumes. As an Engineering Manager, you lead a Squad (feature team) within one of Betclic’s key product areas. You support a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and collaboration. You work closely with the PO / PM, Designers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful features while continuously improving team performance and code quality. YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥 In this role, your main missions will be: Team Management & Leadership Foster a culture of ownership, autonomy, and impact within the team. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support individual development plans. Lead recruitment efforts and ensure a balanced mix of skills. Guide the team through change and manage resistance with empathy and transparency. Act as the main communication point between your team and the wider organization Technical Guidance Support the team in making sound technical decisions aligned with long-term product and business goals. Promote engineering best practices (clean code, testing, CI/CD, observability, security). Contribute to the technical roadmap by identifying improvements and anticipating future challenges.
