This opportunity sits within a high-visibility training and governance programme focused on revised company rules, accountability, and large-scale organisational deployment. The role will support delivery of a common core learning module and help structure governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting, budget monitoring, risk management, and master planning in a complex environment with demanding deadlines. This position offers strong exposure to strategic programme management, training engineering coordination, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
Required Experience:

• Significant experience working as a Senior PMO on strategic programmes
• Proven background coordinating complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders and governance bodies
• Experience supporting management and executive-level stakeholders
• Experience working across business content, training teams, and programme delivery functions

Required Skills:

• Strong project management capability across governance, scheduling, reporting, budget tracking, and risk management
• Ability to organise and lead project bodies, prepare steering materials, and follow up decisions and action plans
• Strong coordination skills to align business validation, training module production, and workshop preparation
• Excellent command of project management tools
• Fluency in professional English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Learning & Development environment
• Experience with digital training projects
• Experience supporting skills transformation programmes
