Full remote - Project Manager with Pharmaceutical bakground - Freelance

We are looking for an intermediate-level Project Manager to support ongoing business and project coordination activities in a Life Sciences environment. The ideal profile should be able to work independently, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and help drive execution across priorities.

PHARCEUTICAL BAGROUND IS REQUIRED

Key requirements

• Solid project management / PMO experience

• Experience in Pharma or a strong understanding of the industry

• Fluent English, written and spoken

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to organize meetings, track actions, follow up on deliverables, and manage dependencies

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment

• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented

Typical responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project coordination and governance

• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and action trackers

• Follow up on milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies

• Support reporting and escalation as needed

• Help ensure alignment across business and delivery teams
