Python developer and Devops - Freelance

About the team and role:

• A world leader in open technologies is looking for a key Python developer with advanced Devops skills to help them porting a bespoke tool to a new infrastructure. The role is full remote and can be based anywhere in Europe/Americas. It is a critical security tool that checks upstream third-party libraries for new releases or commits. When an update is detected, it automatically files a bug report, triggers test runs, and submits a review patch to the designated maintainers with a summary of test results.

What you’ll do:

●  Migrate the tool and manage the development CI/CD automating the workflows

●  Work with a geographically-distributed development team

●  Look at data, identify issues in development workflow

The first work package in 4 months, extendable.
