Opportunité de choix pour un(e) Développeur(se) ServiceNow expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre client final, leader reconnu de son secteur au Luxembourg, dans le cadre d'une mission de transformation IT ambitieuse.

Vous intégrerez une équipe technique de haut niveau pour intervenir sur une plateforme ServiceNow complexe et multi-modulaire, avec une vraie latitude pour proposer des solutions innovantes et contribuer à l'évolution de l'architecture.

Principales missions :

• Design, develop and maintain applications and functionalities on the ServiceNow platform

• Configure and customise ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, CSM, Service Catalog)

• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Catalog Items and workflows

• Build and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and MID Server

• Contribute to platform governance, upgrade activities and technical documentation

• Support project teams in defining technical solutions and participate in architecture decisions

Profil recherché

Profil recherché :

• Minimum 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en développement ServiceNow

• Maîtrise avancée : JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, Git, Azure DevOps

• Certifications appréciées : CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, ITIL v4

• Expertise en Domain Separation et gestion d'instance on-premise : un atout majeur

• Français et anglais courants indispensables · Luxembourgeois ou allemand : fort avantage
