About Ensaio

Ensaio is a new in-house performance creative studio in Lisbon. A team of 7 that ships around 200 ready-to-launch ads a month (10 angles × 5 variations every week) for several major brands. Strategy, production and media buying sit in the same room, and every result feeds the next brief.

What you'll own

• Test structures on Meta, Google and TikTok

• Budgets and pacing

• Performance reading and reporting

• Learnings sent back to the Strategist

What we're looking for

• Hands-on buying experience on Meta, Google and TikTok

• You know creative testing frameworks

• Solid with Ads Manager, GA4 and spreadsheets

• Clear communicator in English

How you're measured

CPA and ROAS against targets, speed of testing.

Package

• €28–37k gross annual salary, paid in 14 instalments
