What they need

Context

Within the customer BI team, integrate an agile team of 6 people dedicated to the BI data linked to the Flying Blue loyalty program. The total customer team consists of 9 people: 4 developers, 1 Product Owner, 2 Business Analysts, 1 Product Manager, and 1 Scrum Master. The organization follows an AGILE SAFE framework.

This is a long-term mission aimed at strengthening the team by recruiting a Tech Lead to support high-stakes projects.

Missions

- Provide technical expertise and participate in architectural decisions
- Support the team to ensure solution quality and best practices
- Contribute to the success of projects through commitment, curiosity, and strong autonomy
- Integrate well within a dynamic agile team
- Balance innovation (50%) and continuity (50%) in the BI environment
- Support the ongoing migration from traditional BI/big data to GCP cloud
