Taux journalier (TJM): 550 €

The Scrum Master / Delivery Lead is the operational anchor of the CRM Deploy &

Engagement Hub program. The role combines classic Scrum Master responsibilities (facilitating

agile ceremonies, removing impediments, protecting team focus) with hands-on Project

Management capabilities (planning, scope and budget tracking, risk management, stakeholder

alignment, vendor coordination). The profile is expected to operate as a single point of

accountability for delivery health across the SFMC, CDP (Treasure Data) and data activation

workstreams.

Key responsibilities

Agile facilitation

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, sprint review,

retrospective) for a cross-functional team of approximately 9–10 FTE.

• Coach the team and the Product Owner on agile best practices, backlog hygiene and definition of ready / done.

• Identify, track and remove impediments — escalating when needed.

• Maintain and continuously improve team velocity, predictability and quality metrics.

Project & program management

• Own the end-to-end delivery plan (timeline, milestones, dependencies, capacity) across the

program.

• Track budget consumption, forecast burn-down and flag deviations early; coordinate with finance on monthly reporting.

• Manage scope, change requests and contractual deliverables in alignment with the SOW.

• Maintain a structured RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive

mitigation actions.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of resources in line with contractual notice periods and knowledge transfer requirements.

Stakeholder management & governance

• Act as the primary day-to-day delivery contact for the client

• Prepare and run the operational governance: weekly status reports, monthly steering

committees, quarterly business reviews.

• Coordinate with teams (CDP team, datalake team, CI&D / SSO, media partners) to secure dependencies.

• Anticipate and prepare the 2027 transition plan towards a hybrid Local / Offshore delivery

model.
