Salesforce Functional Business Analyst - Freelance

Taux journalier (TJM): 480-530€

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Business Analyst to support an international Consumer Goods Cloud rollout across multiple European markets.

The role requires strong functional and solution expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, specifically CG Cloud V2 / Enhanced Data Model, and the ability to become productive quickly within an existing programme.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements with local business and IT stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assess requirements against existing Salesforce capabilities and processes, identifying gaps and potential adaptations.
• Support local markets during design, testing, defect resolution and deployment preparation.
• Act as the functional bridge between business teams, local stakeholders and the Salesforce delivery team.
• Help address market-specific challenges, including where local Salesforce administration capabilities are limited.
• Contribute to workshops and drive discussions towards clear decisions and actionable outcomes.
• Support the analysis of data models, integrations and data mapping across end-to-end processes.
