The company operates in a product-driven and international environment, with teams distributed across several European offices and working closely across Product, Engineering, Cloud Operations and Support.
As part of the reinforcement of its Quality Assurance capabilities, the company is looking for a Manual QA Engineer to contribute to the quality and reliability of its software platform throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle.
The role is primarily focused on manual testing, while also involving automated testing activities as well as load and stress testing.
Analyse backlog items, user stories and functional requirements.
Identify testing requirements and define the appropriate testing approach.
Prepare detailed test plans and test scenarios.
Estimate the effort required for testing activities.
Identify potential risks and edge cases before development is completed.
Execute functional and manual tests across the platform.
Perform automated tests where relevant.
Validate new features, enhancements and bug fixes.
Identify, document and track defects.
Re-test fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved.
Ensure expected behaviour across the different components of the application.
Participate in pre-release validation activities.
Perform post-release testing after deployments.
Verify that released functionalities behave as expected in production environments.
Identify potential regressions or production issues.
Report testing outcomes and quality status to the relevant stakeholders.
Plan and prepare load and stress testing sessions.
Define relevant testing scenarios and expected system behaviour.
Execute performance testing campaigns.
Analyse test outcomes and identify potential performance or stability issues.
Collaborate with technical teams to support the investigation of identified bottlenecks.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Cloud Operations and Support teams.

Collaborate with developers to investigate and reproduce defects.
Support Cloud Operations and Support teams when investigating production issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.

Attend Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning and Demo meetings.
Contribute to backlog discussions and testability reviews.
