Nous recherchons un Consultant Support et Analyse Projet pour une mission basee a Saint-Cloud dans le 92.
Dans ce contexte, la Prestation consiste à contribuer à :
La gestion des tickets de support : création, mise à jour et fermeture des tickets clients,
L’aiguillage des demandes : orientation des demandes vers les équipes techniques concernées (développement, infrastructure, etc.),
L’analyse et l’amélioration : participation active à l’analyse des problèmes et à la proposition de solutions,
Le reporting et le suivi des indicateurs : construction de tableaux de bord pour le suivi des SLA (Service Level Agreements) et des performances,
Profil recherché
La collaboration transversale : préparation de comptes-rendus et de supports pour les COPROJ/COPIL (Comités de Projet / Pilotage),
L’automatisation et l’innovation : utilisation d’API et d’outils d’IA pour automatiser les tâches répétitives et gagner en efficacité.
