Community Lead (Creator & Community Growth)

Your mission

Build and grow an engaged community around our products and our vision.

You'll create loyal users, ambassadors and creators who genuinely love what we're building.

You'll design the roadmap, produce content, launch initiatives and transform customers into advocates.

Your work will directly contribute to product adoption, referrals, education and long-term brand growth.

What you'll do

• Define and own our community strategy

• Identify the communities that matter most

• Build engagement programs around our products

• Create educational content

• Produce short-form videos

• Produce visual content

• Write engaging posts and stories

• Launch ambassador programs

• Develop referral initiatives

• Build relationships with creators and influencers

• Organize online and offline community events

• Animate Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and emerging communities where relevant

• Collect customer feedback and transform it into product insights

• Partner closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams

• Help define our brand voice

You'll constantly ask: "How do we create fans, not just customers?"
