Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business and technology? We are looking for a Commercial IT & Data Business Partner to act as the trusted advisor between commercial stakeholders and IT/Data teams.

🎯 Your Role

• Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial leaders.

• Capture, prioritize, and manage business needs related to digital solutions, data, and commercial processes.

• Act as the key liaison between local business teams and European product organizations.

• Support the deployment and adoption of new digital tools and data-driven initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvements, stakeholder engagement, and business value realization.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Experience in IT Business Partnering, Digital Transformation, Data, or Commercial Technology environments.

• Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, CRM, Analytics, or Revenue Growth Management processes.

• Ability to translate business challenges into practical IT & Data solutions.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Comfortable working in an international, matrix-driven environment.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM, commercial platforms, analytics solutions, or digital transformation programs.

• Exposure to global or European product-led organizations.

• Background working with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data.
