Engineering Team Leader - Permanent

We are looking for an Engineering Manager / Engineering Team Leader to support the development and transformation of an Engineering organization.

The role involves managing and developing a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10 engineers and specialists, while leading initiatives related to organizational development, recruitment, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.

The candidate will play a key role in driving organizational change and insourcing activities, strengthening team performance, and building a high-performing Engineering organization.

The position operates within a demanding, highly regulated and safety-critical environment, where quality, reliability, traceability, and risk management are essential.

This is primarily a leadership, people management, and organizational transformation role, with enough technical understanding to engage effectively with Engineering topics, but without a strong hands-on software development component.
