SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES recherche un Consultant IT F/H en freelance !Dans un contexte de décommissionnement de technologie de développement, vous analysez un parc d'une trentaine d'applications régionales pour établir une cartographie, construire des scénarios de migration afin de réduire la dépendance à Webdev,Vous aidez au choix de la future solution de développement, Vous analyser la charge et la répartition des tâches des développeurs, pour transférer ou mutualiser.

Mission de 2 à 4 mois. A pourvoir rapidement. Consultant sénior, autonome et opérationnel, capable de traiter des sujets applicatifs, techniques, économiques.
