Time2scale is looking for an experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition Partner / RPO Recruiter to support a fast-growing international B2B tech company in rebuilding and scaling its global sales organization following the appointment of a new CRO.

🎯 The Mission

Own the end-to-end recruitment of senior Go-to-Market profiles across multiple international markets:

• Large Enterprise Account Executives / Sales Hunters – Paris, London, Sydney & Singapore

• VP Alliances / Partnerships – UK

The target candidates have strong backgrounds in Enterprise SaaS, Data Management or Data Security, with proven experience selling to large enterprise accounts, managing complex 3–9 month sales cycles and delivering against annual quotas of approximately $1.5M.

👤 Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record recruiting senior Enterprise Sales / GTM talent in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.

• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities, with access to relevant international talent pools.

• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies, ideally UK, Europe and APAC.

• Excellent understanding of enterprise sales organizations, hunter profiles and strategic partnerships.

• Fluent English is essential, both written and spoken.

• High level of autonomy, proactivity and ownership, with the ability to partner directly with senior business leaders.
