Functional Analyst – International Rail Travel

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join a dynamic team working on international rail travel solutions within the Commercial Channels & Products domain.
The role covers the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process analysis to functional specifications, API documentation, testing and UAT. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers and architects to translate business needs into effective IT solutions.

Key requirements :

• 5+ years of experience as a Business/Functional Analyst

• Experience in a public transport context

• Experience in e-commerce and international rail travel

• 5+ years of experience with BPMN/UML and business process modelling

• 2+ years of experience with Sitecore CMS

• Strong experience with User Stories and Agile/SAFe environments

• English C1 and Dutch or French C1, written and spoken

• Willingness to work on-site in Brussels, potentially up to 5 days/week
