Graphic Designer - Permanent

Socially is a Dubai-based agency specializing in social media marketing Dubai businesses trust. We help brands grow online with clear strategy, engaging content, and results that matter beyond likes and followers. We work with startups, small businesses, and established brands.

About the Role
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented graphic designer UAE brands will love to produce scroll-stopping visuals for our clients' social channels. You'll work closely with our social media managers and content writers to turn ideas into polished, on-brand designs.

What You'll Do

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, and ad creatives for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Snapchat

• Create short-form motion graphics and simple animations

• Interpret client briefs and keep every design consistent with brand guidelines

• Adapt designs across platforms and formats

• Collaborate with the team to deliver monthly content calendars on deadline

• Stay up to date with design trends and platform best practices

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in an agency

• A strong portfolio showing social media work

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (Figma or Canva is a plus)

• Solid understanding of social media formats and trends

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

• Video editing and basic photography skills

• Arabic language skills

• Familiarity with the UAE market and AI design tools
