🚀 Head of Engineering / Tech Lead (Hands-on)

Startup Overview:

• Industry: Mobile connectivity (B2B2C)
• Stage: Product-Market Fit validated, ~1M users, €500K+ monthly revenue, ~€10M Series A

Role:

• Position: Founding Engineer / Lead Engineer / Staff Engineer
• Responsibilities:
• Take full technical ownership of the product
• Lead a small engineering team (2 engineers)
• Work directly with founders on growth strategy
• Hands-on coding (60%+ of time)

Tech Stack:

• TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, GCP

Compensation & Location:

• Salary: Up to €100K + Equity
• Location: Paris (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)
