Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Information Security Manager System MANAGER (m/f) to join the Aviation Safety in the Support and Sevices Quality department based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions:
By joining our team, you will take part in various missions, all aimed at ensuring seamless and compliant cybersecurity. Together, we will contribute to information security operations.
By joining us, you will play a role in the overall security and operational resilience of Airbus Helicopters by integrating flight safety, operational risk management, and information security.
Your main missions will be:

• Security governance: Aligning security strategy with the company's business objectives and communicating with senior management.
• Metrics and dashboards: Ability to define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the effectiveness of the ISMS (Information Security Management System).
• Risk analysis methodologies: Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and addressing risks.
• Active participation in dialogue with aviation authorities, institutions, and industry leaders on an international scale.
• Non-conformity management: Ability to analyze the root causes of a security breach and drive corrective actions.

Your profile:

• Minimum professional experience expected: ISO 27001, implementation of an ISMS (Information Security Management System); knowledge of EBIOS would be an asset.
• Technical expertise required for the role: 3 to 5 years; familiarity with 3CF regulations and EASA 2023/203 would be an advantage.
• Fluent English; German would be an asset.
• Soft skills: negotiation and leadership.
