As the Group continues to expand and strengthen its international organization, we are looking for an International Strategic Project Manager to join the international team.
This is a highly cross-functional and international role, working closely with senior leaders, country heads and local teams across the network.
The role:
Reporting to the International Managing Director, you will play a central role in coordinating and driving strategic and cross-border initiatives across the Group.
The position combines strategic project management, international business coordination, operational excellence and network development.
You will work across a broad range of topics, with a strong level of autonomy and visibility within the organization.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic projects & governance
Coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects across several countries and business units.
Prepare and contribute to international management meetings and steering committees.
Structure agendas, key topics, decisions and action plans.
Follow up on key initiatives and ensure that actions are delivered within agreed timelines.
Consolidate information and provide clear reporting to senior management.
International network development
Support the development and coordination of the Group's international network.
Contribute to the evolution of the network's operating model and ways of working.
Support the identification and onboarding of new partners and entities.
Help foster collaboration and alignment across countries and cultures.
Best practices & knowledge management
Identify, collect and formalize best practices across countries.
Develop and maintain shared tools, processes, templates and knowledge resources.
Facilitate the transfer and adoption of best practices across the international network.
Contribute to the development of cross-border training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Business performance & operational excellence
Support initiatives aimed at improving business performance, pricing practices and margins.
Contribute to operational excellence and quality improvement projects.
Work with local teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
Support the rollout of new initiatives and business offerings across selected countries.
New entity integration & transformation
Contribute to the onboarding and integration of new companies joining the Group.
Help structure integration plans covering tools, processes, governance and culture.
Support documentation and coordination related to acquisition and integration projects.
Contribute to cross-border transformation and change initiatives.
Communication & international events
Coordinate with Marketing & Communication teams on international projects and content.
Contribute to the development of international case studies, presentations and business content.
Support the preparation of international seminars, management meetings and network events.
