Program Manager – IT / Railway – Belgium
For a client in the railway sector, we are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a multi-project program and take direct responsibility for one of the projects.
Responsibilities :

• Lead the overall program, roadmap, budget, risks and dependencies

• Manage one project end-to-end within the program

• Coordinate Project Managers, IT teams and business stakeholders

• Manage governance, steering committees and senior management reporting

• Manage resources, suppliers, risks and changes

• Coordinate Business, IT, Operations and external stakeholders

Profile :

• 6+ years of experience in IT Project / Program Management

• Proven experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Functional Analyst

• 1+ year of experience in railway, traffic/incident management or a comparable operational environment

• Experience in governance, budget, risk and supplier management

• Professional English and French or Dutch, both spoken and written

Belgium – up to 5 days/week on site
