Some of the largest online brands are moving to the platform right now, and every feature you ship directly affects their revenue.

• You own your features from idea to production. There are no tickets passed between teams. You talk with customers, you design, you ship and you measure.

• You build AI, and you build with AI. You’ll put LLM agents into the product, and coding agents are the team’s standard way of working.

• A small, senior, flat team. You work directly with leadership. Good ideas don’t wait for an approval meeting: whoever proposes them gets to ship them.

• Top-of-market pay, up to 150k€, fully remote from Europe

What you’ll do

• Design and deliver complete features: architecture, data models, APIs, interfaces and AI

• Build fast services in Node.js and well-crafted interfaces in React and TypeScript

• Get the most out of PostgreSQL and ClickHouse at scale

• Ship to production safely: tests, CI/CD, feature flags, monitoring
