The Engineering Team

Our 4 agile squads build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications that power:

• Boat owners’ platforms
• Customer rental experiences
• Internal Click&Boat tools

You’ll work alongside talented engineers with backgrounds at Doctolib (VP of Engineering, Engineering Director, Principal Engineer) and ManoMano, collaborating on:
✅ Feature development (from ideation to production)
✅ Cross-functional partnerships with product managers and designers
✅ Performance monitoring & validation post-launch
Tech Stack:

• Frontend: Angular (latest version)
• Backend: PHP, Symfony
• Database: MySQL
• Deployment: Twice-daily production pushes (agile, fast-moving environment)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for boat rental platforms.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with product teams to align technology with business goals.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
• Participate in end-to-end feature delivery, from concept to deployment.

Who We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience (web-focused).
• Problem-solving mindset—you build solutions for users, not just "nice tech."
• Adaptability: Willing to learn our Angular/PHP/Symfony stack (no prior experience required).
• Business acumen: Understands how technology drives user value.
• Curiosity & growth mindset: Eager to learn, ask questions, and contribute ideas.
• Experience with boat-related industries or rental platforms (a plus!).
• Passion for boating or maritime ecosystems.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
