Senior UX Copywriter – Dutch & English – Brussels - Permanent

We are looking for a Senior UX Copywriter – Dutch & English to join the Marketing & Digital team of a leading energy company, supporting its digital transformation and improving customer experiences across digital channels.

📍 Location: Brussels, Belgium

💼 Experience: 5+ years

🗣️ Languages: Dutch and English mandatory; French is a plus

📅 Duration: 9–12 months, with possible extension

The mission

• Create and optimize UX copy in Dutch and English for websites, apps, customer portals, self-service journeys and AI-powered experiences.

• Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, concise and user-friendly content.

• Design content for user journeys, including error messages, empty states and complex customer scenarios.

• Apply accessibility, plain language and inclusive communication principles.

• Develop and maintain content guidelines, terminology, tone of voice and governance standards.

• Improve existing content based on customer feedback, analytics and usability testing.

• Ensure the quality and consistency of customer-facing content across digital channels.

• Collaborate with multilingual content specialists to ensure a consistent customer experience.

• Work closely with Service Designers, UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, Researchers, Analysts and Developers.

• Contribute to conversational design, AI-powered experiences and content design best practices.
