Position:
Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Engineer who will provide technical support to ArrowSphere Cloud Platform and related products, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve technical issues and support requests.
- Investigate and troubleshoot software, hardware, and system problems.
- Escalate complex cases to Engineering teams.
- Manage and update support tickets.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

- Experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus.
